tuning out the coaches for some time now. Whatever motivational speeches were given didn't work...nor have they worked for some time. Chances are some serious "sit your lazy, out-of-position-all-the-time, can't-tackle fanny down and don't move" is going to have to happen. From what it looked like to me, the players aren't putting forth their best efforts. You can't tell me they're that bad. They simply aren't...but their results are. Someone is playing bad to get someone fired IMO.
