I thought he would have learned from the Doman experiment that you can't....
promote a position coach to a coordinator position and expect to get any bang for your buck. He repeated the same mistake, just on the defensive side of the ball. If he wants to step back and be an administrator / figurehead as a head coach then he needs to go out and get someone with experience and the know how to get the job done.
You cannot be training coordinators at this level of football. It does not work. Poor time to experiment with this. Especially with Taysom going down. Now there is a rudderless offense with a very poorly coached defense. It is showing on the field.
