Run D is better than I thought... oh wait why run when you can pass all day on BYU?? 2 of the opposing QB's were 2nd stringers on their teams, one was on the hotseat and his coaches were ready to pull him if he struggled against us, one has underwhelmed since last year, pne offense was a heavy run offense with little passing and passed for 327 yards on their way to 512 total yards. The writing was on the wall, even while we were winning, our defense could not stop offenses consistantly even at UCONN, and now can't stop anyone.

On offense with injuries to Taysom and Jamal we are averaging those stats above. What a few stops on Defense could do. And we have amassed 69 penalties a game for 579 yards. and many of those penalties have been costly in stalling drives or extending our opponents drives. Almost 9 penalties a game for 72 yards a game hurts. We are in trouble of getting bowl elgible and may need to count on wins against UNLV and Savannah St. to get there. Unfortunately we will probably struggle in the bowl game and end 6-7. We could easily start 0-4 next season.... This is bad people.
