it is manifest mostly in his slow starts most years where the team stumbles out of the gate and then they catch fire and win most of the rest of their games. Unfortunately that has put them behind the eight ball and even thought they play well the remainder of the season for all intents and purposes it is over.

I believe people need to understand that ten years in he is not going to get any better at being a HC. He has hit his ceiling and whether it is his ideology, paradigms, organizational behavior or reliance on metrics what he is doing is not working for the program.

The AD told us all where he wants this program to go and what the expectations were. That was four years ago. It took Bronco two years to realize he didn't have enough talent to play a "real" independent schedule. Martzen came in and has improved the reach of recruiting and the net has been has a little farther. It is too little to late I am afraid. Results have not met expectations of the AD...Why are we as fans at fault for getting on board with those expectations, supporting the team and program and then finding nothing but frustration in the end.
