Solutions
1. Recruiting. Better talent, 3 new QBs and 6 new D-Line Recruits. The problem this year is lack of QB talent and it will haunt the team next year. Bring in some QB talent. Can't wait for missionaries. New defensive line recruits.

2. New Defensive Assistant Coaches. 6-24 Ben Lowman is not going to cut it. We need better coaches. If there is no money, fire the assistant Athletic Department Administration, they add no value except watching the team get whooped. The best way to raise money is to have a winning program. Spend the money on coaching not Bureaucrats.

3. Schemes to match the team. Be willing to adjust the scheme to the Team. The zone read does not work with the new QB. If the Defense is bad, the Offense has to adjust and run the ball to protect them and keep the ball away from the other team.

4. Make winning on the field a priority whether it is coaching or spending the money necessary to make it happen.

5. Play the best players. No need to play Juergens, Povey, Carter, etc. Play Pearson, Dye, Nacau and Lasike.

I liked the fire from Coach Atuia and his coaching. Dude is a winner. Anae just yelled. Atuai was positive and animated The only dudes with fire were Williams and Nacau but we have to play Povey and Carter. Pathetic. Tom Holmoe ,you are better than that.
