One thing I want to know....when Bronco was saying these things (btw, those are some pretty sad and realistic comments) Did Bronco even cry about this, did he show any emotion at all?
Bronco: Do the same things over and over again, EXPECTING different results. Based on what LV Mike posted, Bronco you have lost your team and that is a position that I don't think you can recover from. Bronco, in all seriousness, put your home up for sale and move to Montana and raise horses and/or be called as a mission president. You simply can't complete all that you want as a Head Coach at BYU. You have been the head coach for 10 years now, and since 2009, you have slipped slowly and slowly downward.
I'm sorry, you are a very nice man and you have done amazing things while at BYU with non on the field things (Thursday Hero's, Firesides), but on the field, you have really reached your limit. You seem to enjoy working "hard" but beyond that, you seem just "lost in the field"
Thanks for the memories, but it is time to move on. This program, this mission for BYU is far greater than you or I. We, at BYU haven't reached our full potential. It is out there for us but you can't make that journey with us. Your past and present patterns have proven to be just not there....
