it will take years for Bronco to recover from this season but won't
-he needs better assistants but can't groom or find real talent
-he needs better recruits which will only get worse
-he can't spot talent if it punched him in the face--reference his QBs, OL, and DL
-he needs to revamp his philosophy but hasn't changed during his tenure
It will take time for a new coach to rebuild the program, improve recruitment, etc. but it sure is better than the alternative which is losing games to less talented teams and losing a generation of fans.
Let's stop the bleeding and start the healing process because we can do better and will.
