Here are some stats that show how truly horrible BYU is
1.) 1.5 The Number of sacks BYU's Defensive line has through 8 games. All by Remington Peck. Dallin Leavitt has as many sacks as every Dlineman on our team combined. I realize that we don't expect our DL to get in the backfield a ton when we run a 3-4 but a sack total this low is just awful.

2.) 305.5 The Number of Passing yards we allow a game. 119th out of 125 teams

3.) 114 That is Christian Stewarts passing efficiency. 96th out of 114 QB's ranked.

4.) 1 The number of passes that Christian Stewart has completed in the last 3 games that was longer than 25 yards. Think of all the long balls we have thrown in the last 3 games that were 5 yards past the intended receiver. Colby's catch last night was the only reception we have had that was longer than 25 yards since Utah St.

I think Bronco will be able to fix are crappy defense and undo all the damage Howell has done but its going to have a while. What really ticks me off is that we have completely abandoned the run game(which generally works) and have turned into a heavy pass offense when our QB is a terrible passer. I am also baffled why we keep throwing so many deep balls when our QB has zero accuracy on anything over 20 yards.
