upgrade in almost every sense.
1) Easier to recruit;
2) Better competition;
3) More money for himself;
4) More money for his assistant coaches;
5) More games on TV;
6) Supportive AD (Barry Alvarez seems like a punk).
Madison is a pretty awesome place, but I think that Fayetteville is a nicer place to live (e.g., lower cost of living, no traffic, small college town but still lots of things to do because of Wal-Mart and all its distributors in the area).
