The ideas like point management, work "harder" not smarter, etc. has led to a team that is soft, lazy and totally lacking in killer instinct. There is simply no way that Bronco can change this mess; it's this bad because he built it this way.

Instead of a team that knows to never let up on the gas pedal, we have a team that almost completely grinds to a halt once we hit the magical 25 points. Instead of teams putting everything they have into the game, we have guys that can convince themselves that the work they've done is enough, because they are just so darn organized. And to top it all of, we have a team that attempts to show just how aggressive and hungry they are by committing egregious personal fouls every game with no accountability.

There is simply no way to argue that Bronco, with his flawed ideas, can fix any of this. It's time for him to go now, and start the rebuild.
