Think about college football players... They're either entitled immature kids or dumb jocks. They need a little more taskmaster, less shepherd. Think about the great coaches... Urban, Saban, heck.. Even look at kw... Much more taskmaster with a whip than Shepherd walking in in the front hoping they follow.


It's disappointing. Bronco may actually be better in the pros where motivation is money and the players are more mature.
