I think it's a big part of it, but that isn't my expectation either
Having grown up in Logan let me tell you, that NO ONE wants to play there. There is a reason our streaks against them were so long. It has to be one of the worst 10 places to recruit in the country and we have lost 2 out of the last 5 against them, and one really lucky win.
