There is no one right way to coach and motivate a college football team. The taskmaster approach may work for some kids but others it ends being up counter productive. BYU is little different. Yes, you have some dumb jocks and immature kids but most of the players are guys who have on missions, are married with a kid and have church callings and grades to keep up. They don't necessarily need someone yelling at them holding their hand all the time.
