product with talent issues. Sure, we would love better players. We are seeing the effects of losing. Losing to teams with less talent will snowball if good/great coaches don't know how to handle it. We don't have a talent problem. We have a coaching issue and a player preparation/dvelopment issue. We have scheme issues amd adjustment issues. I wish I wasn't on my ipad amd would love to explain more about what I mean.
