But ESPN has also fulfilled their part of the contract with 5 games.

They are only required to have 3 on ABC/ESPN/2 and up another that can be as low as ESPNU at their discretion. ESPN3 only or ESPNews is not contractually a part of our home contract. They can suggest it for the 5th game but BYU does not have to accept it and if ESPN3 was the offer then BYU would also air it on BYUtv simulcast or only on BYUtv instead...

We have more than exceeded our contract with them this year because we've had 4 games on ESPN/2 and not even down on ESPNU yet. I could certainly see them offer ESPNU or pass on the UNLV game....if they offer ESPNU - even though BYU doesn't have to allow it - they will take it....
