Utah passed up BYU awhile ago. BYU may not beat Utah again for another 10 years.
The difference between Utah and BYU is roughly the same as the difference between BYU and Utah St. from 1980 to 2006. In about 10 years, BYU might sneak up and beat Utah if only because Utah stops considering the game a rivalry game in much the same way BYU stopped considering Utah St. a rivalry game.
