My job certainly isn't number one in my life...why is football number one for any of the players and coaches?

I highly doubt Bronco is failing because he feels football is 5th. He just isn't the right leader to bring BYU up to an elite level. Otherwise, he is a good guy and a good coach...not an elite coach. BYU needs the elite coach.
