You realize Bronco had no head coaching experience when he was hired, right?
Chances are Bronco, when he is replaced, will be replaced by an assistant on the existing staff or an assistant on another staff. Those assistants will gladly come to BYU for a head coaching job. It's how the game works. High profile assistants almost always take head coaching jobs at lesser schools because 1) it's a head coaching job and that is typically what most of them are shooting for and 2) it's more money.
