Can't remember if I posted this but one of our patients brings her poodle/service dog in during her treatments. Drive us bonkers but supposedly there's nothing we can do. Our manager is still fighting it. And the dog is all official because she found a website that would give her a certificate and everything.

We've been told by the higher ups that we're not even allowed to question the validity of this stupid dog being a service animal.
