Here are some possibilities:

1) A new head coach,
2) Bronco publicly admitting promoting Howell to DC was a mistake and hiring a DC with real experience,
3) Bronco publicly admitting promoting Howell to DC was a mistake, Bronco taking back the DC responsibilities, and Bronco appointing an assistant head coach to handle some of his administrative responsibilities so he can focus on his DC responsibilities,
4) Kill GFGH - Given BYU's lack of depth, it's a season killer. Anae 1.0 (2006-2009) was good enough to win a ton of games. What killed us in 2006-2009 was the conservative play calling because Bronco et al didn't like to RUTS. Too bad I say. If you can't stop us, that's your problem.
5) Eliminate the firesides during FB season. These are great in the off-season. FB season is for FB.
6) Bronco needs to commit to taking a Dave Rose approach to the program. Shut up about the HC and how special a place BYU is. Let the player's actions speak. NO ONE wants to hear coach-speak about "Tradition - Spirit - Honor".

If you haven't noticed, almost all the problems that need to be fixed revolve around Bronco. If he can't/won't fix it, it's time to go.
