A Study About the Effect of Changing Coaches (a link).
I feel like all programs suffer from a "Do Something!" mentality. When things go south, you have to "Do Something!" In College Football, the only "something" that a program can quickly "do" is change coaches.
Turns out, that doesn't usually help and often hurts. I find that fascinating.
