Some neighbor kids have taken to playing in our shared front and backyards, even though none of them live in any of the row houses (ages 7-12ish). They have been on our porch, messed with our A/C unit, etc. My wife finally talked to them and asked them to stay off of our property and one of the kids was really rude to her. Tonight, I heard them doing it again and went out and asked them again, to which one of them responded as he walked away with a very punk attitude. I asked if I needed to talk to his parents and he said to go ahead.

My wife has heard this kid using the F-bomb frequently and he seems like a real piece of work. We are certain that he won't listen to us and probably doesn't have parents that care. What should we do?
