Whether or not Kuresa and Stevenson had malicious intent, their statements were a huge blow to the team (present and/or future).

I think the fan reaction has also had a negative impact on the team (present and future), and IMO, the fan reaction post-Nevada and post-Boise have probably caused a much greater amount of harm to the program than any potential good.

I think if the fan base keeps on this path, there will be MAJOR future negative effects.

NOTE: I'm not saying that the fans don't have reason to be disappointed, or even to stop showing up, but beating up on your own program is not helping.
