Here is my post work out shake.
1 scoop of chocolate protein from Costco
1 banana
2 handfuls of spinach
1 spoon of peanut butter
1/2 cup of oatmeal
3-4 ice cubes
1 cup of Almond milk.

I drink it in the morning, and it keeps me full for most of the day.
