No way was "Citycreek is 5th" the motto for building that place.
5 billion dollars with very little expense spared.
It's hard to argue the convenience of when it's ok to be "worldly" when you shortchange football to "not be a part of the arms race of college sports" yet the mall and it's cost rivals most any outdoor malls in the US.
BYU football at least serves many of the members and proud fans... That unnecessary mall serves many of the individuals that hate the institution that funded it.
