I work in one of the office buildings that are technically part of City Creek. Out of my office window I can see some of the City Creek residential properties. I park in the same parking garage as some of the residential residents.
I can tell that most of the apartment/condos appear occupied. But we hardly ever see anyone. I have the impression they are mostly second-homes, or vacation properties, but not primary residences.
I think City Creek has rejuvenated downtown. I'm less certain that the residential space is really attracting many people who want to live downtown.
Anybody else have insight? Just curious.
