IMO, the question is what is more important: Punishing people
because mistakes were made 3-4 years ago that we are paying for now? Or finding the quickest way back to where we want to be? When I say mistakes that were made 3-4 years ago, I'm talking about things like Anae leaving, Doman being promoted when he wasn't ready, poor recruiting on the O-line and D-line that left us hurting right now, and a softness that was allowed to develop in the culture of the O-line. Anae is back, IMO recruiting for the lines has been better, Tujague has been brought in and he has instilled more toughness. Again, just to be clear, this isn't necessarily an exhaustive list.

If we want to punish someone for problems that were largely caused 3-4 years ago, then the discussion is over and you fire the coach at the end of the year.

If you want the quickest way back to very solid, ranked teams, we may still have a difference of opinion. But there's something to discuss. We know Bronco can build and coach very good, ranked teams. He has done it before. I have hope he even learned a thing or two that could have been added to the mix to push the results even higher.
