at least that tall. It seems highly unlikely that a large percentage of the world's greatest athletes would come from such a tiny group (anti-pun intended).
More likely, most of the world's greatest athletes are probably between 5'8" and 5'11", just like most men on the planet. Not too many of those guys are in the NBA.
I do agree that relatively short (under 6'2", which is still quite tall by global standards) players who make it in the NBA tend to be phenomenal athletes, along with a handful of the tall guys.
