Hornacek's athleticism was vastly underappreciated. His hand quickness was great

even by NBA guard standards. And his passing ability & handles were also NBA-excellent for a sharpshooting wing.

He also had two inches on Jimmer. However you cut it, Hornecek was an excellent man-defender in both college & early in his NBA career. He led the Big 8 in both steals & assists multiple years.
