I generally don't post about how bad an opponent is for respect of the institution, but Savannah State is really bad people. Not only are the 0-11 but their road record is, well, bad....

They have played 6 games on the road so far (the farthest being Delaware State).

Of those road games they have given up an average of 51 ppg and have only scored 10 ppg.

The one similar game for true comparison is MTSU. Both BYU and SS went to MTSU and played. BYU got the 27-7 win, whereas SS lost 61-7.

I was first bummed that I wont be at the game tomorrow (Wedding and Convert Baptism), but with how this could turn out, I am not feeling so bad about not being there.

I could see this easily getting out of hand in the 1st Q, say 28-0, then 49-3 by half. Then Bronco will call off the dogs for the 2nd half and BYU will get 2 more TD's and SS will get a TD against our 3rd string resulting in a 63-10 win for BYU. Could be more, but I don't see Bronco putting up more than 63 out of his respect he has for his opponent. However, given the fact that SS allows 235.3 rushing yards and 204.8 Passing yards per game. Giving up a total of 440 yards to lower tier teams, we may just roll up 600+ yards rushing in this game as I don't see them stopping us at all.

The most compelling "potential" story line for this game will be who goes down with an injury.
