that week before the USU game.
You must prepare the same for every game. Even when that game is against the very worst 1aa team and the next team you're facing will likely be fighting for bowl eligibility & is built on offense to take advantage of your defensive weaknesses.
If you prepare the same for every game, then you'll never be overmatched in rivalry games and you'll never lose to teams you have no business losing to. It has been proven over the last several years for this to be true. Accept it.
