In other words, at what point, has the current coach, brought the program as far as he can? And at what point, do you look to get another coach, that (hopefully) can take the program to the next level?

Has Bronco's program plateaued? Yes. In some ways, it's even worse, the past few years.

So yes, you need to not make a knee jerk reaction. Maybe you simply wait to make a change, until you can find a coach, that you believe can take the program to the next level.
