I understand they give a free month of Prime whenever a package arrives late, but maybe they suspend that policy around Christmas. Last time I had a late Prime delivery I asked for a free month but instead they gave me a full refund even though the item was still scheduled to be delivered. It arrived the next day as a free purchase, which made me happy as a customer but not so much as a shareholder.
