at least until he recovers fully. He has enough to think about and in the meantime might best serve the team concentrating on defense, rebounding and taking the ball to the rim. He could fill in at PG now and then.
Collinsworth's long term future is not at PG anyway and the purpose for him playing there was because the alternative down low was the powerful Aytes while the alternative at PG looked like a major drop off, until Halford reinvented himself over the summer and is beginning to prove he can get it done against serious competition. We haven't seen enough to be certain about Halford at PG yet, but so far so good.
Winder, who has played well at PG in limited action there this year, was very poor at that spot as a freshman and sophomore when Rose desperately tried to find a PG alternative. I still don't see that as his natural position as it is for Halford and Ellis but may be OK in spots.
