I've been living here for 3 months now. It's a newly constructed house, and my escrow account just paid the property taxes for the next 6 months, but the amount was based only on the land value of the lot and didn't include the upgrade of a house.

Will that get prorated in a later bill once they finally re-assess? Or did I just get lucky?
