Lots of good wisdom here. Thanks. I've been trying to convince my 33 year old

brother that he needs to start saving for retirement now. He just started his own business and it is doing well, but he feels like he needs to start paying off debt before he saves for retirement. I'm hoping he'll change during the business' second year and start saving at least some.
