Announcer in the FSU game couldn't believe the refs called a player down because his knee wasn't down.

the other announcer said, "yeah but his elbow was down."
Announcer: right, but his knee wasn't down.
Announcer two: but his elbow was.
Announcer: so you are saying one elbow equals a knee?!
Announcer two: yes... And explained the rule.

Reminded me of an announcer a couple weeks ago that couldn't believe the clock wasn't running after a player had gone out of bounds with less than 20 seconds in the game.

You'd think that these guys would at least know the rule book.
