Denver was pounding the Pelicans and he still didn't even sniff the floor. He looked like he was trying to be positive throughout the game, but he was visibly dejected and beaten down sitting on the bench most of the game. He came out to congratulate the others when they came to the bench during a timeout, but it seemed that was about the best he could muster - a dejected congratulation for his teamates. I felt really bad for him. Austin Rivers got burned several times on defense and he certainly is not a better offensive player.

I really hope that he can get some more minutes now that Gordon is out with injury. He needs to make the most of it because he is likely going to be in Europe before he even knows it. If he can't play in the NBA, it would be better for him to play in Europe. He just loves to play basketball. Seeing the Jimmer ride the pine game after game is depressing.
