Offensively he doesn't have any go-to post moves (certainly not any where Rose is gonna call for the ball to be dumped into the post with any regularity). On defense, he goes for the block too much, biting on every pump fake and leaving his feet. But if he can just hold his ground and force difficult shots, he might play the big role on defense we hope for.

SDSU flat out sucks on offense, against even crappy teams. Limit TOs and don't give up offensive boards so they don't get any easy buckets, and we have a good chance. Their defense is elite, but Rose is familiar with attacking it. If Fischer, Haws, Toolson, or someone can get hot from 3, I like our chances. I'm not sure though if we should play a more athletic line up instead, with more PT to Bartley and Nixon. I don't think Collinsworth is ready yet for a big role yet against a big time opponent.
