Slow roasting a turkey tips?
I've heard several conflicting ideas on how it's done. A neighbor told me it's an hour for every pound at 250 degrees while a website says it's more like 20 minutes per pound at 250 degrees. Anyone have a reliable source on this? Thanks.

An hour per pound is for low temperature roasting (175 degrees)

I'm not a fan of slow roasting but one suggestion I would make.
