But both players made me do a serious double-take when I saw how good they both were. I can't even imagine having a player that good for my team. Both players are incredible.

Mariota - 32 TDs - 2 INTs - 282 Passing Yds/game - @7 yards/carry
Gordon - 25 TDs - 8.3 yards/carry - Single-game 408 yards rushing

I am glad I won't have to make that decision. That said, I'd be surprised if Mariota didn't win. He's a QB, and on a team that is likely going to be in the playoff. I think both of those play into his favor, no matter who is objectively the better player.
