I lived there for 2 years.
#1 choice is Pupuseria El Salvador. It's owned by great people, it's cheap, and absolutely delicious.
Mexican: Café Sabor or El Toro Viejo. La Tormenta is very good and authentic
Chinese: Nowhere
Steak: Texas Roadhouse. Honestly..nothing is better in Logan
Sushi: Black Pearl, Takara, Happy Sushi
Burger: Center Street Grill
Other: Mo' Bettahs, Tandoori Oven, Herm's Inn (Breakfast),
