That means you have roughly 7 scholarship qb's on roster at any given point and some of those guys will inevitably transfer because you keep signing new ones.

Having a stable group of qb's is hard. If you have a great qb like Hill as a sophomore all your qb's behind him transfer.

No perfect solution
