When he was hot he could carry the team singlehandedly. But when he was not, he really caused problems. He was consistent enough and didn't make good enough decisions.

A better comparison than Carlino and Fischer is Carlino and Winder. Fishcer's a great player and should be starting, but Winder's a better, more consistent, all-around player than Carlino.

All you need to know about last season is that Carlino lost his starting job to Halford. And this year, Halford is slowing fading toward the end of the bench.
