Question for super-intelligent CBers only
it's no secret TNT is quite dumb so he needs help with this one.
He was just in the store and saw a number of women who had hair color similar to rainbows. Why is this? Is this one of the phenomenons he doesn't understand like the Aurora Borealis, index funds, or car bras? He could use some insight.
