Staying at the in-laws for Thanksgiving and they keep insisting on making

Pancakes for the kids. The problem is that the mix has been expired for a year.

After our drive through Wyoming yesterday in 65+ mph winds, shaking the van, making our kids reenact the puking scene from "stand by me," I dont think we want to risk expired food.
