I would focus on finding the laptop that has the features you want
Any of those processors will work for you, but at that price point you will probably have to choose between options such as a touchscreen, an optical drive, display type, battery size, number and type of ports, etc. i would trade down in the CPU department if it meant I could get the features that are important to me.

Here are a couple of $400 Lenovos (AMD A8 and A10) that look reasonably nice:
