to be a qb who can run. you may remember that the guy who won last year was pretty mobile. it's not like he is a pocket passer. the best qb in the game, imo, is rodgers. dude can run. he just knows that he's got to throw first. luck is the same way. the guy ran the same 40 time as newton coming out of college, but he only runs when he needs to.

the issue with newton is that they aren't supporting him. his best weapon is greg olson. really. greg olson. they got rid of his best, and only wr, then got rid of the rest. they only replaced smith with a rookie who runs the wrong routes and drops a ton of balls. worse, he has dinosaur rb's.

rgiii is a head case.

for some reason, the 49ers have ceased allowing what made kaepernick great; his run/pass ability. dude isn't a pocket passer. let him be what he is.
