My limited knowledge on the subject is
They only sell nicer brand so if you're looking for cheap prices then go elsewhere. If you want decent prices on Michelin, Goodyear, etc then they're an option. They do the nitrogen fill which is nice

I did the nitrogen fill once. Ended up being a hassle to maintain tire pressure

You don't have to go back to get nitrogen. You can add normal air to it.
