I have been with Tmo for close to 8 years now and we have multiple multi line
accounts. We have had some problems but nothing they were able to fix without costing me $$. I have sent back multiple phones on insurance claims and have never a had problem.

Tmobile got a new CEO like 2 years ago I think and they have been doing all kinds of upgrades for accounts for free. International data and texting etc. I've been very happy with them. Sorry you had a hassle... seems strange to me.

I hope you get it all sorted out and you don't have to pay the $68. AND I hope I never have the problem you are having. That would suck.
